Survey and requirement gathering: from industrial partners, movie maker, game developer, comic publisher, animation producer etc.

1/4/2004 to 30/4/2004
Draft specification, release to partners for evaluation, gathering comment and refinement. Develop a website for sharing of information.

1/5/2004 to 31/7/2004
Prototyping: develop networking engine, memory optimization, live update module.

1/8/2004 to 31/8/2004
Internal release of networking engine, memory optimization and live update module to selected partners/close group users. Provide seminar to gather feedback and comment.

1/9/2004 to 31/12/2004
Prototyping: develop animation-encoding, video streaming modules. Develop one sample game using the engine, line up with game developer to build a game using the engine.

1/1/2005 to 28/2/2005
Beta release to all partners and close group users for evaluation. Provide seminar to educate the use of engine.

1/3/2005 to 31/3/2005
Bug fix, enhancement, packaging and documentation.

1/4/2005 to 31/5/2005
Construct sample games based on the engine, assist partner to solve usage enquiry, help to speed up the wide spread of engine.

1/6/2005 to 31/8/2005
Final product release and launch. Finalize the website to spread to potential user. Line up media partner to promote the use of engine, start to license the product to HK local industry.

4. OnME client/J2ME API specification

5. OnME client/Symbian version

6. OnME client/Symbian API specification

7. Sample multi-player mobile online game/J2ME version with sample server configuration

8. A website that consolidate all the information about the projects, including the program (client + server), documentation, and the sample game.

9. Hold three dissemination seminars: 1) Internal release, 2) Beta release, 3) Final release.
